New at RisingTuning! Widebody kit for 5-door version of Suzuki Vitara, Chevrolet Tracker, Geo Tracker, Suzuki Sidekick, Suzuki Escudo - 1st generation.
The main feature of this fender flares set is that the set was created for cars that did not have factory body extenders in the package.
Difficulties for the owners of these cars were that if the body did not have body extensions from the factory manufacturer during assembly, then to install the standard set of extensions from another version was not possible, because the method of attachment was on the clips - and this is the standard holes throughout the body for fastening clips, which are not in versions without factory extensions and high moldings.
It turned out that the standard extensions did not fit to the bodies for which they are not provided, but this is in the past, now there is a ready-made solution from our company Rising Tuning.

Material:
• High quality ABS-Plastic (Thickness 3mm)

Features of this product:
• Made of ABS plastic, this is not FRP
• Surface finish: Textured black, no adjustment is needed, can be used without painting.
• This fenders can be fastened with Bolts / 3M double tape / Black car sealant.
• The product is unpainted. Therefore can have small scratches.
• We do not offer work to painting car parts to export.

Installation:
May require some minor adjustments to your body depending on the model, if you have low side moldings you will need to cut off the excess for a tighter and proper fit to the body ( Examples in the gallery).
Expanders are mounted on bolts or black sealant or double-sided 3M tape.
To install - we recommend to contact a professional bodyworker and use sealing tape for proper and tight connection, as well as seals work as a natural damper and compensate for the different densities of materials and distribute the stress across the entire line of mating.
If fastening with rivets - do not forget to treat the surface before installation and treat the holes to protect the body elements.

Important information:
The wheel arch extender kit is not suitable for versions with factory wheel arches and side moldings. Such models are distinguished by large bumpers, factory wheel arches and high side moldings. (Example in the necessary configuration in the gallery).
For example: such as Escudo V6 in Japan and Mazda Proceed Levante, Sidekick Sport in North America or Vitara V6/TD in other countries.
The extender model was created based on models that do not have factory arch extenders.

At temperatures up to 70-80 degrees Celsius, products made of this polymer can be used for a long time without their qualities deteriorating and while maintaining dimensional stability.
